Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WA TARANG ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including business owners, team members, and administrators. WA TARANG is operated by WA TARANG Technologies (Hyderabad, India).

WA TARANG is a WhatsApp Business management platform that enables businesses to: • Send and receive WhatsApp messages through the Meta Business API • Manage contacts, leads, and customer conversations • Run broadcast campaigns and automations • Generate chat widgets, QR codes, and lead forms • Book appointments and manage services The platform operates under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and requires a valid Meta Business Account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials confidential • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring your team members comply with these terms You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in India to use the Platform.

WA TARANG offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency) billed monthly. Each plan includes a monthly message quota. Messages beyond the quota are charged from your WA TARANG Wallet at the rates displayed in your account. • Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. • Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy at all times. Prohibited uses include: • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) • Messaging contacts who have not opted in • Sending content that violates Meta's Commerce Policy • Using the platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We are not responsible for Meta suspending your WhatsApp Business Account due to policy violations on your part.

You retain ownership of all customer data you import or collect through the Platform. By using WA TARANG, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Platform on your behalf. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. You may not use WA TARANG to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content • Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization • Resell or sublicense the Platform without our prior written consent

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API, Razorpay, or other third-party services we depend on.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA TARANG Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless a legal hold applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
